Batıenerji provides electricity over ecomonic rates to consumers that consume electricity above the Free Consumer Limit and which are included in the subscriber group of business, industry and agricultural irrigation.

How do I switch to Batıenerji?

• You may fill out the application form completely, and send us your current invoice. 
• We will prepare the best offer for you and contact you shortly.
• Upon your approval of our offer, we will reciprocally sign our subscription agreement with no engagement and penal obligation.
• If the agreement is signed before the 5th day of each month, the electricity supply will start at the beginning of the following month, whereas if it is signed after the 5th day, the electricity supply will start at the beginning of the month after next.
• Example: If the date of signature is 3rd of August, then the electricity supply will start on 1st of September, whereas if the date of signature is 6th of August, then the electricity supply will start on 1st of October.

How do I make my invoice payments?

• You can make your invoice payments by the method of EFT/Money Transfer, by Credit Card through the Batıenerji Customer Portal or Batıenerji Mobile App, or by DBS (Direct Debiting System) or ATS/OTS (Automatic Payment Order) through our contracted banks listed in the table.
